Similar to shop vouchers, vouchers are purchased up front. They are held on account for up to 2 years, and can be redeemed against any of our solutions, such as courses, materials and eLearning.

What are the advantages of using vouchers?
- Valid for 2 years — You can use up your Learning & Development budget now, but receive the benefit later.
- For bulk purchases, discounts are available (see below).
- Keep track of your spending easily — We can send you regular balance updates.
- Less administration — You receive only one invoice (for the vouchers).
- You pay the VAT up front, so you'll be unaffected by any increases of VAT rates
Our voucher rates

| £3,000 — £4,999 | 2.5% extra (e.g. If you spend £3,000, you receive an extra £75 in vouchers) |
| £5,000 — £9,999 | 5% extra (e.g. If you spend £6,000, you receive an extra £300 in vouchers) |
| £10,000 — £19,999 | 10% extra (e.g. If you spend £12,000, you receive an extra £1,200 in vouchers) |
| £20,000 – £29,999 | 12.5% extra (e.g. If you spend £22,000, you receive an extra £2,750 in vouchers) |
| £30,000+ | 15% extra (e.g. If you spend £30,000, you receive an extra £4,500 in vouchers) |
These voucher benefits apply to our standard prices. They may not apply in the case of any discount relating to bulk purchase of courses. Vouchers are non-refundable. Please contact your Account Manager for details or contact our team to learn more.
