Global Majority Empowerment Apprenticeship Programme Taster Sessions

Diversity at work matters more than ever before. Empowering a diverse range of perspectives shapes stronger, more innovative organisations. Our Global Majority Leadership apprenticeship programmes aim to cultivate a new generation of leaders whose experiences and perspectives reflect the diversity of our society.

New for 2025, our Level 3 and Level 5 Global Majority Empowerment apprenticeships will be open to participants from a wide range of sectors — enabling a diverse leadership network, broader perspectives, and sharing of best practises across industries. These public programmes will help organisations build innovative, resilient and inclusive environments, making a positive impact on workplace culture.

The Global Majority apprenticeships offer specialised leadership training at Level 3 for first-time managers and Level 5 for more experienced managers. Taught over 18 months, the programmes focus on building a culture of trust, self-management, and  empowering staff.
