Discover Which of Happy's Leadership Courses is Right For You

In: BlogDate: Feb 19, 2024By: Claire Lickman

We have workshops to suit all management levels and experience - but it can be hard to know which one is right for you.

All of our programmes use the same basic principles, as outlined in our CEO's book, The Happy Manifesto. We are leading a movement towards teams built on trust and self-management, as we know this allows people to do their best work. We have helped hundreds of organisations improve their staff productivity, lower costs, increase retention and dramatically increase profits.

Here is our guide to some of our leadership programmes, and when they are next running as public dates (open to all), wherever you are on your leadership journey.

Hi, we are Happy

We are leading a movement to create happy, empowered and productive workplaces.

How can we help you and your people to find joy in at least 80% of your work?

Our flagship programme, it's designed for those who currently have direct-line responsibility. It will give you the skills to coach your team and enable them to work at their best. You will also gain insight into your own leadership and communication styles, and discover how to be more productive rather than just busy. We have several different delivery methods - but generally it is 4 x 1 day sessions over 4 months. Learn more
