Prices Changing for IT Courses in 2023
We have been reviewing our IT course content and pricing over the last few months. Due to rising costs, we have to increase our course pricing from 1st January 2023.
All courses booked before the price change for 2023 will be booked at the current rate.

At Happy, we have endeavoured to keep our course prices competitive. Our last price increase was in 2019, and prior to this it was over 10 years ago. With costs across the board rising, we are no longer able to continue absorbing these price increases.
These new prices will be coming into effect from 1st January 2023. Courses booked before this date for 2023 will be at the existing prices, so this is a perfect time to book your IT training requirements for next year!
Standard public courses
Happy's public courses are available for all to join, so you do not need a large group with the same requirements. They are at set dates and times, and while the trainer can tailor some areas of the course to individual needs, the course outline is set before the course begins.

Prices are per person for one-day courses, and do not include VAT. Specialist courses include our Adobe courses, Power BI, and MS Project.
Private group courses
With our private group courses, learners can choose the method that suits them. Your group can learn online in our interactive Live Online Learning sessions, or in the classroom at our training centre in Aldgate and include lunch (a choice of 3 cold bowl dishes) and our famous ice cream break in the afternoon!
We can also host training at your workplace (or other alternative venue) – all we require is a quiet room with 1 PC or laptop per person and a flipchart or whiteboard for the trainer. These courses can also be tailored to your organisation’s needs for an additional cost.
Our private group courses offer a saving of up to 40% per head vs paying individual public course rates.

Prices are per day and do not include VAT. Half-day courses are invoiced at 75% of the day rate.
Specialist courses
Happy’s specialist courses include our intensive courses, MS Project, Power BI and Power Query, SQL, and all Adobe apps. Your Account Manager can advise further.
Private specialist group course prices are as follows:

Some specialist courses (Articulate, Power BI and SQL Levels 1 and 2) are for up to 6 learners only. Prices are per course, per day, and do not include VAT.
These new prices will come into effect from 1st January 2023. We have tried to give our clients plenty of notice of this change, and any bookings made now for 2023 will be charged at the existing prices.
We also offer vouchers which can also offer an additional saving if you are buying in bulk. Vouchers are valid for five years from date of purchase and can be redeemed against any of our services, such as training, consultancy and eLearning. This means you can spend and secure your training budget now, but receive the training at a later date – and will receive up to 15% of additional training vouchers to spend with us when you’re ready.
