Prices Changing for Public and Private Courses in 2025
All of our course prices will be increasing by 5% in 2025. All prices will increase from 1st January, with the exception of our public leadership and personal development programmes which will change from 1st March 2025.
This is the perfect time to book your training for the year ahead — you will still receive the same pricing, even if you book for June 2025.

Hi, we are Happy
We are leading a movement to create happy, empowered and productive workplaces.
How can we help you and your people to find joy in at least 80% of your work?
At Happy, we have endeavoured to keep our pricing competitive, with very few price changes over the last few years (previously in 2019 and 2023). However, costs have increased dramatically over the past 6 months and we are no longer able to absorb these ourselves. This has meant an increase in our pricing for all of our services, including our leadership, personal development and IT courses.
The increase is just by 5% and in many instances we have rounded down to keep prices affordable for small charities — for example, our personal development programmes are increasing by just £5 per person for small and medium charities.
However, even with the increased pricing, we are still cheaper than many of our competitors and we offer a high quality service (according to independent online customer reviews).
Our pricing will change from 1st January, with the exception of Leadership and Personal Development public courses that will change from 1st March 2025. If you book your courses before the prices change, these bookings will be at the existing prices, so this is the perfect time to start and plan your organisation's learning for the year ahead.
