Room Hire: Vision
Vision is a bright and airy IT room for up to eight people, making it the perfect space as an IT training room, meeting room, or team workspace. It is full of natural light making it a very welcoming space.
Vision has eight PCs, installed with Office 2016 or Office 2010 (depending on your needs), the Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop CC, InDesign CC and Illustrator CC), MS Project and Visio. We can also install your own custom software if needed – contact us to discuss your requirements.

What's Included
We include all this as standard with your room hire of Vision:
- Set up of the room in board room layout, with or without PCs (depending on your requirements).
- Access to the room between 8am - 6pm.
- Unlimited refreshments throughout the day (teas, coffee, fruit juice, biscuits and fresh fruit) from our café area.
- Lunch is provided for all attendees (ordered in advance) - a delicious and nutritious individually portioned food bowl from local catering company Karma Cans.
- Up to 8 PCs (if required).
- A large HD TV, flipchart, and all basic stationery (highlighters, post-it notes, marker pens, etc).
- A large whiteboard, perfect for brainstorming and workshop activities.

Pricing
Vision is £85 per person (Day Delegate Rate) for a full day, assuming use of the space from 8am to 6pm, excluding VAT. For a half-day, the rate is £60 per person. This includes the use of the café area, complimentary stationery and refreshments. Full day hires include lunch.
