Microsoft Office 365 (Online) Conversion

Has your workplace recently changed to Microsoft 365 for Business? This conversion course will help you get to grips with the Cloud and collaborative working, using Skype for Business, and OneDrive. We aim to combine technical training with exercises around smarter working and behaviour changes that can be prompted by new tools.

Please note that we will be using Microsoft 365 for Business, rather than the standard Home version of Microsoft Office.

This course is only available for private bookings, either for groups or as a one-to-one, held online via Zoom or in the classroom. Please get in touch for availability.

Course overview

What you will learn

This course will highlight the new features in the Office 365 for Business suite. You can look at what the Cloud means for the way you work, access the portal and all the 365 tools (particularly OneDrive) from multiple devices for more flexible working. Skype for Business can help you collaborate and communicate and, used wisely, it can reduce email overload.

After a customised solution for your team? Contact us for details and availability – we can deliver this at your offices or at our training centre as a half-day or full day of training, depending on your needs. We can create something more bespoke for your organisation either to include your particular setup or to emphasise other Office 365 tools – just let us know what you need. If you would like to learn more about SharePoint and setting up a SharePoint Library, please see our in depth two-day SharePoint Essentials course.
