Our Coaching Programmes
Happy is delighted to offer a range of one-day programmes to build your coaching skills step-by-step. We recommend that you start with our Coaching Fundamentals programme. Once you have embedded those skills, you can go on to choose which of our other programmes best suits your personal journey.
Coaching Fundamentals Programme
This one-day programme is aimed at leaders and managers that are either new to coaching, have not received any prior training, or have done an introductory session on one of our other programmes such as the Happy Leadership Programme. You will learn a simple coaching model that you can start using straight away with your people. During the day, you will experience what it's like to be coached, to coach others, and be an observer.
Practical Coaching Skills for Leaders
This one-day programme is aimed at leaders and managers that have already completed our Coaching Fundamentals Programme and would like to have more tools and models at their fingertips when coaching their people. You will further your skills, learning more questions and tools when coaching others.
Creative Coaching for Leaders Programme
This one-day programme is aimed at leaders and managers that have already completed our Coaching Fundamentals Programme and are ready to discover more creative ways of coaching their people. You will explore a variety of approaches to help people express and process their emotions and challenge their thinking.
One-to-one Coaching and Psychometric Assessments
Taking time to focus on your own development is crucial to your role and to your organisation. To be the best at work and be the leader you want to be, sometimes you have to take stock, reflect and grow. Our 1-to-1 coaching sessions are a confidential space for you to discuss your thoughts and progress, and experience what it's like to be coached.
Our range of psychometric assessments are a great starting point for self-awareness and learning what you would like to focus on, complimenting our coaching services.
