How to Have Conversations that Matter (2 Day Programme)
Due to positive feedback from clients we have now expanded this course to offer a two day version, which offers an in-depth examination of How to Have Conversations that Matter. The techniques gained from this training equip you with the skills to talk with almost anyone about almost anything.
Staff will gain confidence to handle challenging people and situations (for example when organisations are going through change and establishing new ways of working) and use the skills to work effectively with clients in a more solution-focused way. The programme is coaching based, thus equipping you with immediately usable coaching skills.
This workshop is currently available online as Face-to-Face Live Online Learning using Zoom for public bookings. We are able to offer classroom sessions for private bookings only — please get in touch for availability.
