Email overload is a common problem at work. Here is how you can drastically reduce the time you spend on responding and dealing with your inbox.
Henry is founder and Chief Happiness Officer of Happy Ltd, originally set up as Happy Computers in 1987. Inspired by Ricardo Semler’s book Maverick, he has built a company which has won multiple awards for some of the best customer service in the country and being one of the UK’s best places to work.
Henry was listed in the Guru Radar of the Thinkers 50 list of the most influential management thinkers in the world. "He is one of the thinkers who we believe will shape the future of business," explained list compiler Stuart Crainer.
His first book, Relax, was published in 2009. His second book, the Happy Manifesto, was published in 2013 and was short-listed for Business Book of the Year.
You can find Henry on LinkedIn and follow @happyhenry on Twitter.

There is widespread evidence that happiness in the workplace results in greater productivity and commercial success for companies. Do happier, more engaged employees provide similar benefits to organisations in the public sector and charitable organisations?
Beyond making companies earn more, happy and engaged employees also help firms to significantly reduce costs.
The link between staff happiness and engagement has been shown in countless studies to improve staff retention, improve productivity and increase profits – and it’s also been shown to dramatically increase share growth.
Companies that prioritise the happiness and well-being of their employees are generally considered more progressive, are viewed more favourably by the general public and seem to be recognised as morally superior, but do happy workplaces actually perform better financially?
I am proud to announce that Happy has qualified as a WorldBlu certified Freedom-Centred Workplace for the fourth time. We are one of only three UK companies to make the list this year and are honoured to be there alongside John Lewis.
In keeping with the 5th Happy Manifesto Core Principle of ‘Recruit for Attitude, Train for Skill’ Semco meet potential future employees even before there is a vacancy.
When it comes to showing that you trust your people to learn, the secret is ‘Don’t tell when you can ask’.
