We believe that great leadership training should be available to everyone. We're excited to announce that there have been significant changes to apprenticeship programmes that make our Leadership Apprenticeship Programmes more accessible than ever before. This includes the removal of the Maths and English requirement for over 18s (unless required by the employer) and updated course outlines.
Join us on 5th March at 9.30am for an opportunity to reflect and celebrate this International Women’s Day. This free one-hour session will be a safe space for women to explore challenges they face in their working life, particularly around leadership and tech. We will also have a free training session on AI and how it can be used as a co-thinker to help overcome feelings of imposterism.
Happy has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2025 — an independent seal of excellence, based on customer reviews on the Feefo platform. In 2024, Happy received almost 200 reviews with an average rating of 4.7. This is the fifth consecutive year that Happy has won the award, which is every year we have been eligible — a huge achievement!
All of our course prices will be increasing by 5% in 2025. All prices will increase from 1st January, with the exception of our public leadership and personal development programmes which will change from 1st March 2025. This is the perfect time to book your training for the year ahead - you will still receive the same pricing, even if you book for June 2025.
Happy is delighted to announce that they have won the Leadership Excellence Award for Organisations in the 2024 Leadership Awards. The Leadership Awards are hosted by The Institute of Leadership, and this year's awards ceremony took place on Friday 15th November at the Hilton London Bankside. Maureen Egbe and Sheena Morris accepted the award on Happy's behalf. The Awards highlighted 85 outstanding individuals and organisations across their 10 different awards categories.
It is Living Wage Week, where the Living Wage movement is celebrating over 15,000 accredited members who are devoted to going above and beyond for their staff by paying them a real Living Wage. In order to qualify for the Living Wage Certification, the company applying needs to be verified by the Living Wage Foundation to commit to fair pay and good quality of life for their staff, ensure that they are paying a Living Wage to all directly employed staff as well as sub-contracted staff and show a responsibility as an employer to the people employed to the company.
The quality of Happy's apprenticeship programmes has recently been recognised as Good within the Ofsted further education and skills inspection. Ofsted reviewed the overall effectiveness of our quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management, and apprenticeships, giving us the Good mark on each and every category.

The results are in: Happy has made the 2024 Sunday Times Best Places to Work list! To be successfully accredited as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work, organisations must achieve a minimum 70% overall engagement score – and Happy achieved 96%!
