Excel for Expert Users

Formulas and Functions are the key to getting work done in Excel. If you are experienced in Excel but need to start building more complex calculations this one-day course (split over two half days) will help you to deepen your understanding.

By the end of this CPD certified course, you will feel more confident problem-solving in Excel. For example, you will be able to compare lists of data in order to spot similarities and differences, you will be able to 'LOOKUP' data and return the value of a cell in a table/range based on the column and row number using a variety of functions. You will also learn how to solve problems in fewer steps than with traditional formulas using dynamic array functions.

Our public course dates for this course are online via Live Online Interactive Learning and in the classroom at Happy's HQ. This course is also available for private group bookings for your organisation, both in the classroom and online — please contact us for availability, pricing and customisation options.

Did you know...

...working on complicated functions can be simplified by using Array Formulas?

An array is a collection of more than one item. Excel's array formulas perform operations on multiple values instead of single values. The terminology around array formulas is a bit complicated, but array formulas themselves can be very simple.
